Pre-Identification Process
A - Preliminary Selection Process | Time Frame : 1-2 Weeks

Pre-Requisite : Defining the skill set for the candidate.
Advertisement : Release of advertisement for requisite profile
through above mentioned mediums in India (They would be done in major cities of
India for example Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai etc).
B - Selection Process of the Candidate | Time Frame :
4-5 Weeks

Selection Panel : A selection panel will consist of scholars, people with PHD, Scientist,
Domain Experts, HR Expert, Legal Expert to conduct the screening and interview.
The panel would conduct initial screening, short-listing, background checking, psychometric,
aptitude, functional know-how, and final recruitment.

Screening Based on Applications Received in Response to the Mail
: Screening of the resumes from the advertisement - generating a short list of candidates.
For example 100 candidates fit for the profile for Telephonic interview. Screening
will also involve checking of past records, legal paperwork, passports, visa history
and related details of the candidates so that they are fit to be able to process
their visa application. We shall employ a expert consultant for doing this
job and the same person shall also take up task of application of visa / permits
etc.

Telephonic Interview : Telephonic interview of short listed candidates
will be conducted to reach to a final 50 short list for interview in Delhi or Gurgaon
or Noida for
eligible candidates - during this period the candidates will travel to Delhi or Gurgaon or Noida,
will stay here for 1 to 2 days and we will pay for their to and fro and stay costs
- preferably we conduct this on Sundays.
Interview : Preliminary Interview by MNJ Software’s Domain Experts,
Consultants, and HR Experts etc will be done. The interview would involve
1. Psychometric Test
2. Aptitude Test
3. Domain/ Functional Knowledge
4. Interview - The interview report of 30 best candidates will
be submitted to the client - roughly client would get to interview 30 candidates.

Video Conferencing or Telephonic Interview of Candidates with End Client
: The client interviews 30 candidates and shortlists 15 best of them out of which
MNJ Software shall offer to the ones who accept the offer and are ready to join.

Recruitment : Recruitment of the candidate(s).

Post-Identification Process
Here we can follow 2 approaches viz. training the resources recruited in House at
MNJ Software’s facility based in India under the BOT model. The training will be done
for the recruited resource with experts identified specially for this task. MNJ Software
will run the training for the client for a specified period and then transfer it
to the client at a pre-defined price. The second approach can be that once the resources
has been identified and recruited then MNJ Software will assist the client and the resource
to get their Paper Works done for Hong Kong to get their training done there.
A - Training of the Consultant(s) on Specified Areas in India
MNJ Software has requisite infrastructure in India for providing training. On identification
of the consultant(s) MNJ Software shall provide the required training in the skills area
identified by the client.

Visa and other paper work for the consultant(s)
