The ‘MNJ Software Academy for Competency Enhancement’ (MNJACE) offers technical
training. The qualitative objective of MNJACE is to groom campus recruits in relevant
technical streams. Skill sets of employees are continuously upgraded to enhance

The Learning & Development (L& D) function imparts necessary ‘behavioral’
