MNJ Software's Enhanced Maintenance plan ensures that your business software

standard maintenance plan with a higher level of service and responsiveness. Here's

You'll automatically receive all major releases, minor updates and service packs
for the product and any of the integrated options you have purchased.
Priority Toll-free Phone Support
You get as many technical support calls as you need each month with no restriction
on the number of incidents or cases. You'll work with a dedicated team of support
specialists that will provide you and your business with continuity of care. All
phone support on the Enhanced Maintenance plan resides on a dedicated, toll-free
line and receives priority handling over all other calls.
Remote Control Support
This popular technology allows our support specialists troubleshoot and often repair
problems from their computers without ever personally visiting your site. While
they briefly assume control of your computer via the Internet, you'll watch your
support engineer navigate your system, find root causes of problems and fix them
on the spot. Remote control support fixes problems fast and teaches you to how to
troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Online Support Incident Management
This support feature grants access to a Web-based customer support incident system
where new cases can be initiated, tracked and updated as they are resolved. Have
a complex problem? Our incident system will let you attach screenshots and upload
documents to get it solved faster.
Easy Downloads of Software Documentation and Training Guides
Our documentation and training guides are available to you online whenever you need
them. You can even download and print them free of charge. They're helpful tools

toll-free line and receives first-come first-serve handling.
