* Windows Operating System Administration.
* Health Check Schedule of all Server.
* Ticket Based Tasks.
* Daily Reporting.
* OS Backup Before Patching.
* Restoration testing of OS backup (as feasible).
* L1 management of Active Directory services. Should have ADFS exposure too.
* Closure of Tickets, Issue Resolution and Managing the services as per agreed SLA.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Desktop Coordination for hardware related Activities, Call Logging/Follow up with vendor in case of hardware failure.
* Implement changes as per Schedule.
* Patch Management, Vulnerability Closure, Security Health check as per schedule.
* Hardware Monitoring of servers through alerts.
* Log call with hardware vendor if any issue identified or reported. Follow-up with hardware vendor for issue resolution.
* Follow documented escalation process as required for faster resolution.
