  1. For images above set limit will cost $8/graphic
  2. For new pages above set limit will cost $15/graphic
  3. For Development in ASP.net/Flash Prog. will cost $22/hr(MUP, BUP) and $20/hr(WUP).
  4. Each new page can have a maximum of 2 added graphics. All other graphics are counted in the free graphic changes count or charged at the graphic rate if the count limit has been reached.
  5. None of the free counts can be carried over to the next year.
  6. For extra long or tabular data pages content insertion will cost $16-$18/page depending on the plan’s hourly rate for extra work.
  7. You will be notified of any and all extra charges before the maintenance work is carried out. All extra charges will be billed on a monthly basis.
  8. If your website started off with less than 1500/2000/2500… pages but midway through the maintenance package you cross 1500/2000/2500…, you automatically get into the next FHP bracket and need to pay the accumulated difference for the balance months immediately. For example if you cross 1500 in the 5th month, if you took the MUP you need to pay $600 (next plan cost p.m.) - $450 (already paid for p.m.) for the remaining months = $150x7=$1050. Package discounts are not applicable here. Count limits to be considered will be increased accordingly.
  9. You will be updated on a monthly basis to what your utilized and balance counts are.
  10. Banked hours: Almost every business has a busy time and a slower time. You might need more edits and changes done on your site some months (for special events, marketing, etc.) than others. We will bank any unused hours from your maintenance package into the next month up to 3 months. For Example: If you have a small business web maintenance package and only use 2 hour in the 1st. month, and then 2 hours in the 2nd. month, you can bank unused hours and transfer total 2 hours to 3rd. month.
